Open Door Policy In The COVID Era

Living in Zoom
Since March of 2020, most of us having been working remotely and spend a good deal of our time in Zoom meetings. Since we no longer travel, we appear to be always available on our calendars. And since we no longer have to walk to meetings, we get no breaks between meetings to clear our heads. The end result is our calendars get slammed at all hours of the day and we never get time to get any work done. 
In this cartoon I depict the frustrations managers and their teams are having trying to get time to be available for one another.
